A delicious sandwich for lunch! This ciabatta is especially good if you use baked ciabattas, so that the sandwich is still a little warm. The salty of the serrano ham and the creaminess of the burrata really dominate, very tasty!
Ingredients:
For two sandwiches;
- 2 ciabattas
- Serrano ham
- 1 ball of burrata
- Pesto
- Pine nuts
Preparation method
- Cut the ciabattas in half and spread the pesto on the bottom part
- Roast the pine nuts and sprinkle them on top of the pesto
- Place 3-4 slices of serrano ham on each ciabatta
- Cut open the burrata ball and divide it between the two buns
- Sprinkle the burrata with pepper
Variations: Add some cherry tomatoes for even more flavor or leave out the pesto to emphasize the Serrano ham.j
